Her expertise spans aerospace, electric vehicles, AI data centers, robotics, commercial drones and advanced batteries. Kapu has led multinational teams across North America, Europe and Asia. She has guided programs from research and development to high-volume production.

Kapu is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She is recognized for transforming quality into a strategic advantage. Her leadership has accelerated development, improved performance and strengthened customer confidence. Kapu has held leadership roles at SpaceX, Tesla, Walmart Advanced Systems & Robotics, Enovix, Motorola Solutions and Amazon Prime Air.
