Bio

Robby Frye is from Charlotte, North Carolina, and is a student majoring in industrial and systems engineering. He also pursues a minor in business administration.

Why ISE?

Frye was drawn to ISE because of his interest in efficiency and problem-solving. Naturally, he enjoys reducing wasted time in daily life. Therefore, applying that mindset to real-world challenges felt like a perfect fit.

Why be an Ambassador?

Frye became an ISE Ambassador to participate more actively in his academic community. This role enables him to shape the student experience within the program. Furthermore, it allows him to support aspiring engineers as they navigate their own paths.

Beyond serving as an ambassador, Frye is a member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Additionally, he participates in the NC State Honors College, further enriching his academic journey.
